Slack has become the backbone of how our team communicates. Channels keep conversations organised by project, threads stop things from descending into chaos, and the search function has saved me more times than I can count when trying to dig up an old decision. Integrations with our other tools (Asana, Google Drive, Zoom) make it the central hub for nearly everything. My one real frustration is the pricing, which feels steep once you scale up past a small team. Still, productivity-wise, it's hard to argue with the results.
