Five years running a mentoring program through Insala, and the platform holds up well for the core stuff: matching logic, goal tracking, session notes. What I keep bumping into are the edge cases. Matching rules get strange when a mentor belongs to two programs at once, and the reporting filters don't always handle custom pairing criteria cleanly. Their support team is responsive, but fixes move slowly.
For a small team, the feature set is genuinely more than we need most of the time, which is a good problem. Just know the corners of this tool get rough if your program has unusual structure.
