The document collection system is the reason I renewed without hesitation after year one. Clients get a clean, branded portal where they upload everything in one go, and Finmo flags missing items automatically. No more chasing people over email for a single bank statement. Two years in, and that flow has held up as my caseload has grown considerably.
Setup took a bit of patience at first, and the notification settings could be a touch more granular. Minor gripes. For a growing brokerage trying to look polished without a big back-office team, this thing punches well above its weight.
