Support saved us more than once this past year. Every time my team hit a wall, a real person responded within a few hours and actually understood the question. That's rare. For a small nonprofit with no dedicated IT, it matters enormously.
The AI-assisted lead scoring feels a bit oversized for donor management work, and we're not using half of it. But the pipeline tools are genuinely useful, and I never felt stuck waiting on help when something broke.
