My first week with Attio spoiled me for every CRM I'd tried before it. Contacts pulled in automatically, pipelines were up in hours, and nothing needed a consultant to explain. For a small team moving fast, that mattered enormously. Three years on and I still remember thinking, 'this is actually just... ready.'
The one gripe: early on, the email sync took a couple of days to feel fully stable. Minor, but noticeable when you're impatient. Everything since has been solid, and I'd have real trouble switching away now.
