The mobile app is what sold me on keeping Avionte after roughly a year of running it for our clients. Recruiters on my team are rarely desk-bound, and the talent-facing mobile experience genuinely holds up in the field. Candidates can complete onboarding steps, sign documents, and check assignments from their phones without needing us to babysit the process. That matters enormously when you're coordinating workers across multiple client sites and you can't always be reachable by email. The ATS and back-office payroll connection also means data flows without manual re-entry, which cuts down on errors that used to sneak in at handoff points.
My one real gripe is push notification reliability. A few times, time-sensitive alerts to talent just didn't come through promptly, and that caused a scramble. Support was helpful when I raised it, but it took a couple of follow-up contacts before anything was escalated properly. For everything else Avionte delivers at this level, that's a fixable problem, not a dealbreaker. If you're running a staffing agency with a distributed, mobile-first workforce, this platform is genuinely worth a serious look.
