Three years in, and switching to Hootsuite was the right call. The platform we left was clunky for managing multiple accounts, and Hootsuite's dashboard fixed that almost immediately. Scheduling posts across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn from one place, without the constant tab-juggling, made a real difference as our team grew.
My one honest gripe: the analytics reporting feels a bit surface-level unless you're on a higher tier. For a growing startup watching every dollar, that's a frustrating wall to hit.
