My first week with Hootsuite was genuinely one of the smoother software onboardings I've experienced. The guided setup walked me through connecting all our accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) without any real friction, and I had our content calendar populated within a couple of hours. That matters a lot when you're at a fast-growing startup and nobody has time to babysit a new tool through a painful learning curve. The dashboard clicked for me fast, and my colleagues picked it up almost immediately too.
Six months on, I'm still happy. Scheduling is reliable, the analytics tab gives me enough detail to report back to leadership without needing a second tool, and the Streams feature for monitoring mentions has become part of my daily routine. My one genuine gripe is that the mobile app feels a little clunky compared to the desktop experience, and customer support response times can stretch longer than I'd like. But those are minor complaints against an otherwise solid platform for a team our size.
