The pricing model is what finally tipped us over. About a year in, I can say the spend has been easy to defend to clients because the output is so tangible. Fully built candidate profiles, video responses, references, social data pulled together in one place. Clients see the value immediately, which makes the conversation about our fees a lot easier too.
The customization options are what make it worth every dollar for agency work specifically. Each client has different priorities, and being able to tailor what we collect per position means we're not paying for a one-size-fits-all tool that half fits. Customer support has been responsive whenever I've had billing questions. Honestly, for the time it saves my team on phone screens alone, 360Candidate practically pays for itself within the first couple of placements.
