The dashboards are what keep me coming back every single morning. At a glance I can see absenteeism trends, pending approvals, and headcount shifts across the whole company. Five years in and they've only gotten better, with more granular filters that actually matter for a team our size. The time-off reports alone have saved me from so many awkward conversations with founders.
For a growing startup, this level of reporting clarity is genuinely rare at this price point. Customer support has occasionally been slow on complex queries, but the product itself earns the trust.
