Five years of daily use, enterprise rollout, hundreds of teammates onboarded, and the UI still feels like the same lightweight tool I fell in love with at the start. That is genuinely rare. The screen recording flow is fast, the webcam overlay positions exactly where I want it, and the video library is organized well enough that I can actually find something I recorded two years ago without digging through folders for twenty minutes. Rolling this out across a large organization sounds like it would be messy, but the admin controls made it manageable.
My one consistent frustration is the analytics side. I want to know who, specifically, watched a video, how far they got, and where they dropped off, and the data I can pull feels thinner than it should be for a platform at this price point. The engagement metrics exist, but they stop just short of useful. Still, the core experience is polished enough that I keep recommending it when colleagues ask what we use for async communication.
