Scaling a BI platform across a growing organization is where most tools quietly fall apart. Domo has done the opposite. What started as a small pilot with maybe eight people pulling enrollment dashboards has grown into something our entire staff of 60-plus relies on daily, from program coordinators checking attendance trends to our executive director reviewing funding metrics on her phone before board meetings. The expansion felt natural rather than forced. Permissions, data connectors, and dashboard templates all held up as we added users and complexity over the past three years.
The mobile experience deserves its own mention. Working in education means half the team is never at a desk, and Domo just works on a phone without the usual compromises. Customer support has been genuinely helpful whenever we hit a snag with connector setup, which surprised me given that we're a nonprofit without a huge contract. If you're in a similar space and expecting your headcount to grow, this platform grows with you in a way that doesn't require a full IT overhaul every time.
