Two years running, and I can count on one hand the times GoDaddy's DNS infrastructure actually gave me a scare. For a mid-market marketing department managing somewhere around thirty domains across multiple brands, that kind of reliability matters more than any feature list. Propagation has been fast and consistent. The control panel feels predictable, which sounds like a low bar, but I've dealt with platforms where a Tuesday afternoon could mean discovering something quietly broke overnight. That has not been my experience here.
My one real frustration is the renewal notification system. It occasionally buries the important alerts under promotional emails, and I've had to build my own calendar reminders as a backup. Customer support response time also varies more than I'd like, especially on chat. But honestly, for what we pay and what we get in return on the uptime front, I'm not looking to leave.
