Five-plus years running Hootsuite across an enterprise rollout, and the platform earns its keep almost every day. Bulk scheduling, multi-account dashboards, the analytics exports, all solid. But spend enough time in here and you do hit walls. Certain Instagram story formats just don't play nice with the scheduler, and bulk content approvals with large teams can get messy when permissions behave unexpectedly at scale.
Nothing dealbreaking, honestly. They keep shipping improvements and support has always been responsive when I've escalated edge cases. If you're buying at enterprise tier, just budget time for onboarding your edge workflows carefully.
