The integrations are what sold me, and three years later they're still the reason I stay. Dext connects cleanly to our accounting platform and expense workflows, and when my finance team added a project-management layer last year, the data handoff stayed intact without much fuss. Over 1,400 supplier connections sounds like marketing fluff until you're actually pulling invoices automatically and skipping half the manual entry you used to dread.
The one real friction point: mapping custom fields between Dext and some of our internal tools requires more manual configuration than it should. Not a dealbreaker, but it does eat time during setup. For a mid-size department juggling several connected systems, that gap is noticeable.
