We had always had a hard time managing our fieldworkers’ schedules, keeping track of customers, and sending out invoices. Now that we're using ArboStar, all that has changed. Our workflow is much more organized and we're seeing an increase in income. We are able to manage a lot more details now and we're able to focus on providing excellent customer service and actually running our business instead of being worried about constantly falling behind.. ArboStar helps automate a lot of repetitive tasks in the business process and there's no more double entry since it syncs with Quickbooks! Honestly, it's a tool that every arborist business should use. If you own a tree care company and want to make your life a heck of a lot easier, give it a try. I had a little trouble at the start trying to adapt to the software, but their customer service did a great job at helping me adapt. I think I'm just not that great at picking up new technology.
