I was in the market for a new hosting after being repeatedly frustrated by "support" that would answer once every 4 days with useless and tone-deaf advice (No I'm not exaggerating). So I Googled around and found out about IWF. It started with a hitch and I was about to leave, but their support is so outstanding they made me stay. Faster and more helpful than anything else I've ever tried (quite a few). Kudos to you IWF!
