My site was migrated from another provider. I did a lot of research and all the positive reviews and EXCELLENT initial contact with Up Time swayed my decision. It's now 48 hours later and my site is up and running with a couple of dinky add-ons and a heap of valued advice to boot. I've been working directly with web hosts and designers for 20 years and planning a call with them was always one of those things that got delayed until it was absolutely necessary. Such was the dread of dealing with terrible customer service and lot's of arrogance. Up Time so far pales them all into oblivion and I can't see us moving again.. Very impressed indeed.
