I've been with UpTime for the past year, and in that time I've been so impressed with their service that I've moved all of my hosting and domain registrations over to them. My website speed increased substantially upon moving over to them, which is of course a factor, but what really sealed the deal was the rapid technical support I receive. No matter how big or small the question, I receive a response - usually within minutes! - which details exactly what I need to know, first time. The value I get from having all my products under the same local roof cannot be underestimated. If you're even remotely considering UpTime, do yourself a favour and give them your business. You won't be sorry.
