I'm a new UpTime customer but I can say that I could not have received better service last week when my new website went live, and hosting of my redeveloped site and emails went across to UpTime. Jackson managed to fix an issue I'd spent hours and $100s trying to fix in the space of about 5 minutes. Jackson made the whole process a whole lot less stressful than it would have otherwise been and I am so relieved and grateful my site is now protected and safe with UpTime. I can't thank you guys enough!
