Easily one of the most powerful analytics tools I have ever used. Unlike Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics, I can actually see what each customer does on my site and I have such clarity into what is causing them friction. Perhaps the most powerful "feature" of the Auryc platform are their amazing reports... specifically their lost opportunity report that actually shows me how much revenue has been impacted by my site's bugs/glitches. It has helped me know where to prioritize my resources.
