Comment: Very good customer support, always friendly and helpful Pros When we incur a question or problem and find it necessary to call or email customer support, they are always friendly and understanding. They will either help you understand how to do something or why the system won't do a particular thing. Cons The online booking could be improved, would be nice to be able to see a map of what's available and a photo of the site.
