Comment: Great and responsive Customer Service and Feature that helped us Grow Pros - Great Customer Service, quick and responsive. Able to answers questions, provide trainings, and help us improve our property - Features that helped us go to the next level of offerings - Including packaging, privileges, OTA integration, Yield Management - Fully web based and hosted solution Cons Our property does a fair amount of Day Event business, and handling these guests can be a little difficult. I would love a process to "Check Out" day guests and a quick and easy way to search for day guests accounts that have not been settled.
