"After searching for rostering systems I found RosterElf. Their website was informative, providing videos on how the system worked, and allowed an obligation free 1 month trial before committing to a very affordable pricing plan. Customer service has and continues to be outstanding. Lucas talked me through integrating RosterElf with our accounting system (xero), it took 2 minutes! He then assisted me to set up rules within RosterElf to ensure award interpretation would be correct according to our different shifts. It's such an easy system to use. My managers found the software so easy they already worked out how to use it before I arranged training with them. Lucas, Aaron and Carlo continue to provide outstanding customer service, always responding within hours. Great team and great software. Highly recommend.
