“Implementation of CORA PPM” Overall: Being a non CORA user up until I joined the Project I am now quite adept at monitoring and executing tasks and their associated Milestones. Pros: Easy to use, Collaboration, Timelines, Gantt chart, Finance reporting, Smart Forms Cons: Integration of different parts of Finance although the Cora team has overcome this. Reasons for Choosing Cora PPM: Different Proof of Concepts were used over a variety of software. This proved to be the most successful and reliable product.
