A Great Off The Shelf Product Which Is Also Configurable When Needed to Meet The User Needs. The product generally meets the business requirements and where there has been a shortfall Cora PPM were quick to come back with a potential workaround. Communication is generally good and when there have been issues escalated these have been dealt with quickly. There is input from a variety of levels of management and technical representatives to ensure input is given from the correct person for the correct item. **Please explain the business problems or needs that prompted the purchase of this product or service.** Manual processes and no central repository for project data. This is required to plan and enable informed decision-making. **What do you like most about the product or service?** Visual widgets to enable a view of the project at a glance.
