Pros: NinjaRMM is a fantastic product. It gives deep insight into and powerful control over machines that it manages. Our account exec [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was fantastic. They gave a lengthy free trial to let us get comfortable with the product and offered very flexible terms so that we could deploy it as we saw fit. Highly recommend. Cons: The MacOS client is a bit limited and it would be great if it had even minimal mobile management.
