Took about a few weeks to see lower CPA's because we started a fresh campaign and audiences. Got a direct point of contact that works with me through everything. Only downfall would be that there's no meetings or phone support but that makes up for the really affordable pricing. I would consider that anyone looks into this company before shelling out thousands for another agency, paying ad spend fees, and getting generic service.
