“Adapting science events for online delivery” Overall: Have now run three scientific meetings on EventInsight and, whilst it will never replace face-to-face events, the platform allows us to recreate something much closer to the real thing. Importantly, it also allows many more people to participate and have fun using something different to online meeting tools. The Let's Get Digital team are very responsive and we have had fun, which counteracts the stresses associated with these meetings! Pros: Flexibility and control of the meeting environment, support from Let's Get Digital Cons: Recording is a bit flaky and there are buttons that tempt scientists who love to fiddle
