The Salesforce Lightning UI has been a huge pain point for many people. The changes are so frequent and often radical that it's hard to keep up with them all, let alone teach others how use this new software! A lot of our team is refusing or unwilling... which makes working together more challenging than before because some key elements like links between platforms don't work anymore if you're using an old version (Lightning Desktop).
