Our company has been using DownDoggy.com for years. We are very satisfied with the customer service and support we have received. While they run a large support center, we particularly like Jose, he has helped us on several occasions when we thought our website went offline. It was error by my web developer and Jose quickly took care of us by escalating the issue to the senior technical team. We were running within the same phone call.
