Atatus provides an awesome product that allows us to not only track errors in our website, but also track session information so we can trace how these errors are occurring and which users. All of this is provided with a beautiful UI to help navigate through these details so you can quickly locate, track, and resolve the errors. While their product is nothing short of awesome, their customer service is top tier and likely some of the best support I've received from any company. More than once I've emailed asking if they had a specific feature to be told that no, but two days later I'd receive an email letting me know that they've built and implemented that feature.
