ProProfs enabled us to keep track of multiple important customer requests and complaints that we missed before we started using it. As a result, we received more follow-up emails from customers. Simply using a Gmail account for customer service doesn’t work for us. We learned the hard way. So to never miss out on a customer request, we decided to opt for this tool; it has been a great decision so far.
