What do you like best? Lucidcharts are amazing. I like that I can have lines connect to the objects themselves, and they stay connected when moving the elements around. I've mapped a couple of our Network setups along with mapping out some future programming projects. I love how I'm not fighting with lucidharts but just diagramming things in a very intuitive way. What do you dislike? I've tried developing my own library elements in Adobe illustrator, but when importing, all of my circles or rounded shapes do not come through. I'm not sure the reason for this, but I haven't had the time to look into it.

What do you like best? I like how professional my work place diagrams look when made with this software. What do you dislike? Not everyone can simply use smart draw without prior diagraming experience. You need to be a little tech savvy. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Smart draw has made it easier to make workplace diagrams which help with the everyday flow of business.
