Overall: So far, with limited use Appraised, good handle on what employee's are doing and monitoring it. Pros: Just started using this software and find it easy to use and covers all areas of personnel management, including employee performance, job career path, etc. Cons: Nothing negative so far, time will tell. Need to learn more about upgrading costs. Cost could be a possible issue down the road, if anything.
