My experience with BambooHR has been disappointing. The platform can be confusing and difficult to navigate, and some of the features don't work as expected. The reporting options are limited, and I often find myself needing to export data to Excel to get the insights I need. While customer support has been responsive, I have not found it to be particularly helpful in resolving the issues I've encountered. Overall, I would not recommend BambooHR to others.
