The CRM software that intouch provides to us as a local sports club is invaluable. We are able to contact all our members using the easy to use email forms and has allowed us to really promote the events we have on at the club. We have been using the system for 3 years now and in that time we have managed to increase our turnover 3 fold. The team they have at intouch are always helping us and open to new ideas that we will ask them to look at. We have used other CRM systems in the past but for a club like ours they were either too expensive or did not have the personal touch. Thoroughly recommend their products but just as important their friendly and efficient service they offer.
