We recently hired Successive Digital to develop a grocery delivery app for our drivers. Our primary objective was to streamline the delivery process, assign drivers based on availability, and provide real-time updates on delivery details and proof of delivery. The project cost between $30,000 and $50,000. Initially, we communicated with Successive Digital through email, and as we moved ahead with the project, we had weekly meetings and daily sprints to keep everyone aligned. Successive Digital delivered on time, and we were extremely pleased with their open-mindedness and innovative solutions that fit our business needs. The project management process was well-organized and included several stages, such as discovery sprint, analysis of existing tech parameters, project planning, wireframing & prototyping, typography & iconography, design, iterative development sprints, iterative QA & reviews, deployment, knowledge transfer, and support. The end result was a successful app that helped improve our delivery process by enabling real-time ETA prediction and proof of delivery. People were able to get their groceries on time, resulting in customer retention. It was indeed a good decision to go with Successive Digital, and we are grateful for their contribution to our business.
