Automated testing can be managed by non technical teams (no coding/programming) Dedicated support focused on continuous improvements (enhancement) Cross platform testing automation (we use it for SAP and Web Based applications, with scenarios crossing over platforms) What do you dislike most about the product or service? User interface can look busy if you don't need to use all the features/options.
