we collocate 4 servers across 2 of there sites. Customer service is excellent, price is very reasonable, had the odd blip, but neither in my opinion were directly the result of dedicated.com's actions or lack of knowledge, there comms during these blips was very good, which is all you can ask during incidents. The control panel synergyCP is very good also and a nice addition to the colo service compared to iDRAC being open to the entire web like with other colo facilities we have used. Connectivity is good and all in I cant really say anything negative. Would recommend for colocation all day long.
