"Whatspot is the best." Overall: Their free-tier is so good that sometimes I feel bad for not paying to them for the value they are adding to us. Pros: They have all is required to use room booking system. Easy to set up. Easy to use. No training at all is required for anybody. Cons: We have it all that is needed. Maybe, integrating directly into users' calendars is what could add a lot more value.
