"In house room management" Overall: We have one room used for meetings, lessons and departmental functions and it is to everybody's advantage to be able to see the availability basically at the click of the mouse. We are able to book the room for single and recurring meetings and update or delete meetings as required. Pros: The product is a pleasure to use - no frills, fuss or complications. We were able to download and set up our room booking in minutes. Whatspot's free version is ideal for managing a single room in the department that is used by different groups. We looked at many free room management products and none gave us the what Whatspot has. I highly recommend the product. Cons: Our needs are simple and there is nothing about the product that we would want to change Reasons for Choosing Whatspot: No other free products offered the ease of use that Whatspot did.
