We've had downtime twice recently, so we decided to switch. We gave notice on one server and they accidentally deleted our DNS records taking our site offline, we then struggled to get hold of their support to fix. Then today all Bytehouses websites have been down due to a cyber attack, with no end or fix currently in site. They've scaled back and outsourced support and the facility where the data is hosted seems to be lacking in investment thus the issues.
