We recently migrated out store from BigCommerce to Shopify and LitExtension was there every step of the way to help us make the transition as smooth as possible. The support staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and accommodating and understood exactly what I needed when asked. My tech, Lotus, was amazing. Honestly, my only mild gripe was that the real tech heavy support was located in Vietnam and the time difference made communication difficult. I will say however that their 24/7 support team on their website was also quite knowledgeable and helped me with many issues and a lot of questions. If you're looking to transition LitExtension genuinely wants to help you succeed. A+++
