WebHostingWorld's customer support is excellent overall. I reached out with a billing query, and they resolved it in less than 10 minutes! The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is because I had to wait a few minutes to get connected to an agent. That said, the staff was friendly and very professional. Great service!
