There is a problem with the Museum's website, which is hosted by Simulant. I have been trying to get help from them & they do not answer. I have submitted requests for help every day for a week to their "Live Chat Support" & also sent daily email tickets for support & I have had no response. I've also phoned every day & nobody picks up.
