I have been a Thinking Cap customer at 3 different multinational organizations across the past 15 years. I initially evaluated and selected them as the LMS of choice for an FDA regulated medical manufacturing company. Their comprehensive feature set enabled us to meet all FDA requirements, ensuring we were in full legal compliance. I also championed the implementation of Thinking Cap for more than 20 individual teams at Amazon, where it is still being used. Its extensibility and flexibility allowed us to quickly and easily adapt to the specific use cases of each business unit. Most importantly, when implementing at that level of scale, its inherent ease of use led to rapid and complete adoption.
