Their customer service is outstanding -- I received 2 replies within an hour, and answered by the same person. Their AI bot is not the best, it doesn't always answer completely or tell you where to find what you need to click on. Overall, it's inexpensive and gets the job done. And wayyyy easier to use than Zoho.
