This web host used to be good years ago but started removing features (such as ssh access) and now makes it very difficult to cancel service and get a refund. Their support has deteriorated rapidly as the current tech support people are not very knowledgeable and respond very slowly. They used to be reachable by phone, but not anymore. I previously recommend them to my clients but now I advise them to discontinue service as soon as they can. Also their servers are in Germany, not Switzerland.
