Having inherited the legacy of my late partner's web and IT support, Birch Hosting has helped me manage the complex domain and hosting puzzle. Initially, soon after the death of my partner when I was in no state to get my head around the various domains and hosting packages, BH immediately simplified access to information and got me to a point that I could continue to maintain all of the accounts. Over the subsequent two and half years I've progressively shed control of clients' websites and email but have a residue of our own sites and email to rationalised. Following a 50 minute support call, a plan to consolidate sites into a cost effective solutions is now in train. BH is our preferred provider for everything and the longer term plan is to migrate all the the remaining domains and webhosting to Birch.
